Mike Morrison
Founder & CEO
Mike Morrison’s journey with Izett Golf began in June 1999, initially as a brief sabbatical from his career in banking and corporate finance. However, what started as a two-month break turned into a 23-year apprenticeship under George G. Izett, mastering the art of club fitting and making. Mike became a partner in Baileys & Izett, Inc. in 2002, where he reshaped the business back into a predominantly custom fit and custom build entity. His dedication to preserving the legacy and unique fitting process has driven the company’s success, delivering products that significantly enhance golfers’ performance. Motivated by the success of golfers who benefit from Izett’s methods, Mike envisions expanding this fitting approach nationwide, ensuring that the expertise and tradition of Izett Golf are preserved and shared with future generations.
Anand Mudaliar
Founder & CPO
Anand Mudaliar brings over 17 years of experience as a dynamic and strategic leader in designing and implementing client-centric, insight-driven digital experiences. As the Chief Product Officer at IzettFit, Anand leverages his expertise in driving innovation and leading cross-functional teams to exceed business goals. Passionate about staying at the forefront of industry trends, Anand is committed to guiding and inspiring teams to excel in dynamic environments. His personal connection to IzettFit began in 2016 when he first experienced the transformative power of custom fitting, a moment that has since improved his game significantly. Anand is motivated by a desire to share that same experience with golfers worldwide, helping them elevate their game and enjoy the sport even more.

Neil Brown is a seasoned professional in the consumer electronics industry, with extensive experience leading teams from startups to Fortune 20 companies. His deep expertise in software and systems architecture has been pivotal in designing and deploying numerous connected consumer devices, along with the server infrastructure that powers them. As the CTO of IzettFit, Neil drives the technology behind our innovative approach to custom club fitting. By combining advanced data analytics with cutting-edge design, Neil ensures that IzettFit delivers personalized equipment tailored to each golfer’s unique physique and swing. Motivated by a passion for leveraging technology to enhance user experiences, Neil is dedicated to making the game of golf more enjoyable and accessible to all.
